Project Management, Programme Management We have many years experience of managing projects of all sizes from the very small to multi-million pound developments and change programmes. We are familiar with both PRINCE II and Agile methods (SCRUM, DSDM) and one of our strengths is being able to combine these two approaches, particularly in the Public Sector.

Business Analysis, Process Analysis: In order to create a great user experience and generate real value in your organisation it is first necessary to understand how current processes work and then how these can be improved. Faze Business Analysts will work with you to help achieve this.

Learning and Organisational Development: When change happens it is through people more than technology. Digital Change is at the heart of our offering and we support this with extensive experience in Learning and OD. We can provide everything from basic skills training through to management development. Everything we do in this area would be supported by full needs assessments and analysis.
